World News is designed to require no personal information. Specifically:

• No account, no sign-in. You can read all news without creating an account or providing any personal details.
• On-device settings. Your language preference is stored locally on your device only. It is never sent to us or to any third party.
• Technical request data. When the app fetches news, our servers automatically receive standard technical information — such as your IP address, device type, and the time of the request — in ordinary server logs. This is used only to deliver content and protect the Service from abuse, and is not used to personally identify you.
• No tracking or analytics SDKs. We do not embed advertising networks, third-party analytics, or cross-app trackers.

2. How We Use Information

We use the limited technical data described above solely to:

• Deliver news content to your device;
• Keep the Service secure, reliable, and free from abuse;
• Diagnose and fix technical problems.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal data. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing. Our edge infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf to deliver the Service.

4. News Content & Third-Party Sources

World News aggregates publicly available articles from third-party news publishers and presents AI-generated summaries and translations of them. Each article links back to its original source. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external publishers; their own policies apply when you visit them.

5. Data Retention

Technical server logs are retained only for a short period for security and operational purposes, then discarded. We do not build long-term profiles of individual users.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Since the app requires no personal information at all, no such data is collected from any user.

7. Your Choices & Rights

Because we do not maintain accounts or personal profiles, there is no personal data tied to your identity for us to access or delete.
